Work health and safety
Our WHS Management System (WHSMS) is certified to ISO45001 and our consultants are trained in hazard identification, assessment and risk management. All Adecco Group employees are involved in the implementation of our WHSMS, which is why we have consistently reduced our injury rates, with our LTIFR at a consistently low, industry leading rate.
We conduct regular safety observations and toolbox talks on client sites and, more importantly, we understand the need for accurate hazard reporting in preventing incidents and injuries. To address this, Adecco has implemented an online portal called “Safe To Say” where our employees can report hazards, near misses or safety concerns 24/7, anonymously if they wish.
We encourage you to call your local Adecco branch if you want to raise a safety concern, or to do so through Safe to Say if you require anonymity. Here. you can report issues such as a safety hazard, near misses, or bullying and harassment.

Adecco operates an integrated Work Health and Safety and Quality Management System (WHSQMS). Our WHSQMS is maintained and continually improved to ensure effective support to our people, partners and clients. Our certification under the international ISO 9001 Standard for Quality means assured governance in our services across all our locations.
